Syntax- Grammatical arrangement of words

I went to Mel's workplace to fetch from work. Soon after we went to Orchard Road for dinner and we met Ard. Dinner was satisfying later we went to Wheelock, Coffeebean to drink. We hang around till 11 plus, reached home at 12 plus.

Talked on the phone with one bugger(sorry, I shall be discreet)

Bugger: Are you taking advantage of this friendship?

Serynna: No, I am not

Bugger: Are you sure? (hints of low level sarcasm could be heard)

Serynna: Duh, aren't I talking to you right now, and asking about your well-being?

Bugger: Yea. But you maybe lying. I can't see your facial expressions. You know you might say this but you don't really mean it!

Serynna: (felt like strangling this SOB) What the hell, I'm happy that we became close friends after all that happened. If you don't believe, Fuck it!

Bugger: See see, you are lying... I can detect some lies there...

Serynna: (the urge of strangling the SOB deepens even more) Oh my god! Don't you realise I care about your well being. If I am taking advantage of this friendship, I would have ask many favours from you and don't care about your feelings. You jolly well know I am CAPABLE of doing that! Using people for my own benefits has been my forte. Remember?

Bugger: Ouh ya. That I know. I am happy that this friendship is not for your benefits but as a true friendship. Thanks. I appreciate it.

Serynna: You welcome. By the way, I am proud of you.

By the way, this conversation was not really constructive in the first place. I made it very nice for you guys, to read but in true fact there was more profanities and a bit of raise voices and a lot of laughters when we were conversing.
